Events Access Wristband Collection:

To attend all events and excursions included in your travel package, you must obtain an events access wristband. Simply present your passport to receive your wristband. Please note that event wristbands cannot be collected on behalf of others and are not available at event entrances. The exclusive wristband redemption location is situated at:

Event Wristband Collection Hours:

Thursday, August 22: 4 pm – 5 pm (Lobby by group check in desk opposite side of the reception)

Hotel Check-in Process:

Standard check-in is scheduled for Thursday, August 22nd at 3 pm, with check-out by Tuesday, August 27th at 12 pm. To complete the check-in process, please present your passport and have a valid debit or credit card on hand.

Airport Transfers:

Kindly note that airport transfers are not provided by us. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation. The hotel is approximately a 35 minute taxi ride from London Heathrow International Airport (LHR). Convenient public taxi stands are located directly outside the airport. Additionally, Uber car services are readily available just outside the airport. You can easily request an Uber by connecting to London International Airport's Wi-Fi network.
